The present conditions of use are agreed between the travel agency Raid Buggy Maroc whose headquarters is located in Marrakech Morocco, the Main official is Raid Buggy Maroc made for any person or entity wishing to proceed with a purchase of an experience via the the agency website hereinafter referred to as “The Customer“.
Article 1. Subject
The present conditions of use aim to define the contractual relationship between the travel agency “Raid Buggy Maroc” and “the customer” and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website Raid Buggy Maroc. The acquisition of any experience through the present website means the acceptance without reserve of the present conditions of use, and the customer recognizes to have taken knowledge before his order.

Each experience is presented on the website under the form of a description with its main characteristics (destination, itinerary, duration, prices, included services…) The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not commit the Agency. The use of the published experiences on the website is available for all customers residing in Morocco or foreign tourists staying in Morocco for holidays.
Article 3. Prices
The prices listed on the product factsheets are prices in Euros (EUR), Dollar (USD) or Dirham (MAD) all taxes included (TTC). At any time, the agency Raid Buggy Maroc reserves the right to change its prices, however, the prices appearing on the website the day of the order will be the only prices applicable to the customer.
Article 4. Order and Payment Conditions
Before any order, the customer must contact the agency Raid Buggy Maroc by telephone or e-mail to confirm his reservation. Customers can order and pay their bookings in 2 several payment options:
– Cash Payment: the customer selects the experiences he/she wishes to book on the website Raid Buggy Maroc, then proceeds with the booking via the different available forms, the customers have the right to choose the day and the package type and submit the confirmation. Upon validation of each reservation, the customer will receive an email with the total amount that he should pay in cash (in EUR, USD, or MAD) on the day of the experience, directly to the person in charge.
– Payment by bank transfer: the customer selects the experiences he wishes to book on the website Raid Buggy Maroc, after going through the booking and procedures previously mentioned, the customer needs to email us with the bank transfer receipt and will receive once its validation the final confirmation.
The confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these conditions of use. All the data provided by the customer will be worth proof of the transaction. Article 6. Responsibilities of the customer
– The customer commits to keep a correct attitude, not to consume drugs and not to get drunk. It is forbidden to smoke in the vehicles. No food, drink or animal is allowed in the vehicles unless previously agreed.
– Any complaints must be made within 7 days of the event. After this period they will not be taken into account. In case of professional error (unavailability of an excursion or an experience booked through our website, driver’s no-show, vehicle breakdown), the client can ask for a refund of the confirmation deposit or of the total amount paid to Raid Buggy Maroc only for private experiences and excursions.
Article 7. Intellectual Property
All the elements of the site Raid Buggy Maroc are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the agency. Nobody is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use, even partially, the elements of this website.
Article 8. Privacy Policy

Article 9. In Case of Problems
The present conditions of use are subjected to the Moroccan law. For any problem or issue, the competent court will be the court of Marrakech.
In case of force majeure, the agency is not considered responsible for the non-execution or the bad execution of the current conditions, and will be not required to pay any damages to the customers.
